iParcelBox Grand Designs Live Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
This promotion is run by iParcelBox Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 11622993, registered office at 5 & 6 Manor Court, Manor Garth, Scarborough, N. Yorkshire, YO11 3TU (“the Promoter”).

2. The Promotion
Customers who use the discount code obtained by scanning the QR code on the iParcelBox stand at Grand Designs Live NEC to place a qualifying order for an iParcelBox product between 10:00 on Friday 2 October 2026 and 23:59 on Sunday 4 October 2026 (“the Promotional Period”) will receive 10% off their order and be automatically entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a further £100 off that order.

3. How to enter

• By purchase: place a qualifying order using the discount code obtained by scanning the QR code on the iParcelBox stand at Grand Designs Live NEC, during the Promotional Period, whether the order is placed on the stand or online afterwards. Each qualifying order counts as one entry.
• Free entry route (no purchase necessary): send your full name, email address and the words “PRIZE DRAW” to support@iparcelbox.com by 23:59 on Sunday 4 October 2026. Free entries carry the same chance of winning as purchase entries and receive one entry per person.

4. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of iParcelBox Ltd, their families, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion may not enter.

5. The prize
One winner will be selected to receive a further £100 off their qualifying order, applied as a refund to the original payment method. Entrants using the free entry route who are selected as the winner will receive a £100 discount code redeemable against a future iParcelBox order, valid for three months from the date of issue. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. Winner selection
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries (purchase and free entry routes combined) by Wednesday 7 October 2026. The draw will be conducted by a member of the iParcelBox team not otherwise involved in placing customer orders.

7. Notification
The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the details provided at order or entry within 5 working days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Data
Personal data collected for this promotion will be used solely to administer the prize draw and contact the winner, in line with iParcelBox’s privacy notice at www.iparcelbox.com/privacy-cookies-policies. Entrants’ details will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent.

9. General
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time for reasons beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
