Shipping
If you place your order before 14:00 GMT, then we’ll do our best to dispatch it the following working day, however, at very busy times this may not be possible.
All prices include free delivery to UK mainland. For deliveries to Europe, shipping and customs taxes will be calculated at checkout.
If you are a business customer in Europe, before placing an order you may wish to contact us for pricing excluding tax and customs charges – you will then be charged these by the courier on import, which you may be able to reclaim.
Deliveries will be made by courier within 2 working days of dispatch. They will require a signature on delivery. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
All delivery estimates are from point of dispatch, not from point of sale.
The irony that you may have to wait at home for your iParcelBox to be delivered is not lost on us!

Returns
Our aim is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your iParcelBox purchase, so our returns policy is as flexible as we can make it.
Our returns policy covers the original purchaser only and is only transferable in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, or you need to return it for some other reason:
- You can request to return any product within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be returned in ‘as new’ condition, complete with all packaging, cables, etc.
- The returned product and packaging will be inspected before your refund is issued.
- We may make deductions from the amount we refund you if the product or packaging is damaged or incomplete.
- All return requests must be made using the process outlined in our terms and conditions.
If you think your iParcelBox may be faulty, please contact us. We will help you to diagnose the issue and hopefully be able to solve the problem for you.
Your iParcelBox is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. All products returned as faulty during this period will be tested upon receipt to confirm that the reported hardware fault is present.
If your iParcelBox is found to be faulty due to our faulty materials, worksmanship or design, then we will repair, replace or refund you free of charge.
